Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 13, 2026

VeloCents ("we," "our," or "us") provides privacy-first financial utilities, including Cash Flow Pro and Statement Converter Pro. Our products are designed around a strict local-processing architecture: your financial data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

This policy explains how our applications process your files, what operational data is collected by necessary third-party services, and how your license information is stored.

1. Financial Data Processing (Local-Only)

When you use Cash Flow Pro or Statement Converter Pro, all data extraction, parsing, and formatting occur exclusively within your web browser's memory and your device's CPU.

We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to:
  • Your bank statements, PDF files, or CSV uploads.
  • Your account balances, transaction history, or financial institution names.
  • Any personal identifiable information (PII) contained within your financial documents.

Once you close the browser tab, any financial data held in active memory is permanently destroyed by your browser.

2. Operational Data & Third-Party Services

While your financial data never leaves your device, the VeloCents website relies on standard web infrastructure to deliver the application code and process purchases. These third-party services collect basic operational data:

Hosting and Security (Netlify)

Our website and application files are hosted on Netlify. When you visit our site, Netlify automatically logs standard web request data, including your IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp, to deliver the files and prevent abuse.

Payments and Licensing (Lemon Squeezy)

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record to process payments and issue software licenses. When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy collects your email address and payment information. VeloCents does not process or store your credit card data.

Typography (Google Fonts)

Our marketing site requests font files from Google Fonts. This requires your browser to connect to Google's servers, which exposes your IP address to Google for the duration of the font download.

3. Local Storage and Cookies

VeloCents uses your browser's local storage mechanisms solely to verify your purchase and grant access to the software:

  • License Keys: If you activate the software, your license key is stored in your browser's localStorage so you do not have to re-enter it upon every visit.
  • Authentication Cookies: We use secure, strictly necessary HttpOnly cookies to verify your license at the network edge before delivering the premium application code to your device.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or cross-site advertising trackers.
