These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeloCents website and its associated software products, including Cash Flow Pro and Statement Converter Pro (collectively, the "Software"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Software License
VeloCents operates on a one-time purchase model, not a subscription. Upon payment of the one-time fee, VeloCents grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the gated application files.
- Share your license key or authentication credentials with third parties.
- Use the Software to build a competitive product.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They process your payments, manage your license keys, and handle related customer service inquiries regarding transactions and refunds.
3. Data Processing and Device Security
Because VeloCents provides local-only, browser-based utilities, you acknowledge that all financial data is processed entirely on your device.
You are solely responsible for the security of your device, your web browser, and the physical environment where you use the Software.
VeloCents does not upload, sync, or backup your financial data. If you clear your browser storage or lose access to your device, any unsaved data currently in the Software’s memory cannot be recovered by us.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
VeloCents is a software utility, not a financial advisor. The Software does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
While we strive for high accuracy in parsing bank statements and calculating cash flow, we do not guarantee that the Software will perfectly extract or categorize every transaction. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any CSV outputs or financial calculations before relying on them.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloCents and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, resulting from your use of the Software. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Software exceed the total amount you paid for your one-time software license.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not meet your expectations. To request a refund, please contact us with your order number.
